Senate Takes up Reconciliation Bill

I'm going to sit out the drama of this one. The media is hyping the reconciliation bill, now in the Senate, because that is what they do, but I'm thinking the bill will be ready to sign within the next two weeks. Harry Reid said he had the House's back and that the Senate would pass the reconciliation bill. Reid also said he had the votes. The reconciliation bill takes away Ben Nelson's "cornhusker kickback" and includes student loan reform, among other things.
