Update April 25: The event will be live streamed at MSNBC.com. Obama is set to speak at 3:30 pm eastern.
Obama and Joe will travel to West Virginia on Sunday. The service is scheduled for 3 p.m. at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center.
President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will attend a Sunday memorial service in Beckley for the victims of the Upper Big Branch mine disaster.

In an announcement, a White House spokesman said Obama will deliver a eulogy honoring the lives of the 29 miners who died and offer his deepest condolences to the loved ones they left behind.

The trip will be Obama's first to the Mountain State since he was elected in 2008. The president lost West Virginia, once a stronghold for Democratic presidents.
