Obama Calls on Republicans to Stop Obstructing Small Business Bill

Before heading out to Martha's Vineyard for family vacation, Obama spoke on the small business jobs bill. Senate Republicans blocked the bill from coming up for a vote before they recessed. The Senate will be back to work in Sept.:
