Obama: No U.S. Ground Forces in Libya

Obama spoke briefly from Brazil for the second time today. He reiterated that there will be no U.S. ground forces deployed to Libya. It doesn't seem that any reporter has a good grasp of what this military action might look like when it's all said and done. No one is saying it, but isn't the idea to kill Gadhafi and his loyalists? The Pentagon has dubbed the military action "Odyssey Dawn," under command of Gen. Carter Ham of US Africa Command.  Full video (transcript):
